A False Comparison, OJ Simpson trial v. Casey Anthony

The OJ Simpson case has continued to fuel a persistent one sided debate by mostly white folk in the United States who desire to describe themselves as the world when supporting their contention of Simpson's guilt.  They love to say or write things like "the whole world knows he killed those two people"but deep down inside they still harbor that itch that reminds them of the uncertainty of their assumptions.  White folk have this curious concept of justifying the falsity of something, in this case the Simpson guilt, based upon their belief that because a majority believes that he is guilty he absolutely is guilty.  Never do they take into consideration that it is they who very well could be the victims of official chicanery that has duped them once again, and created the majority that they sacredly embrace because of a control of the powerful communications instruments in the U.S.  If the officials feed an intentional lie via the electronic media to a willingly susceptible public then the end results are predictable.  There will be an endless uninterrupted stream of echoers who are thoroughly convinced that what they've been told, if told long enough, regardless of how erroneous it is at the start will ultimately become true.  That concept is at work in the unending saga regarding O.J. Simpson's alleged guilt trumpeted every week under a new category of discussion that allows the fraud to continue unabated.

The Problem for White America

White America has to ask itself is it really and truly psychologically prepared for  the emotional trauma of a downfall in the alleged truth that they have so thoroughly wrapped their faith around concerning Simpson's guilt were it to be exposed as a lie.  Could America stand another lie greater in magnitude than the lie that became the basis for the human sacrifice of young American lives in Iraq, and the hundreds of billions of dollars expended in a worthless decade long war based upon those intentionally false allegations of Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMDs) fed to the American people to get their anger heated up?  Just what would people in the U.S.A. do and feel to know that the whole Simpson affair was as much of an intentionally prepared fraud as the preparations for entering the Iraqi theater of war?  Would it be more shameful and burdensome to bear to have it revealed by black professionals who have coolly and calmly gone about the work of their due diligence in stock piling evidence that indicates that the worst has actually taken place in the Simpson matter; that the American public and the world has been bamboozled, flim-flammed, conned, lied to, regarding Simpson's guilt?

The Big Lie!

It started back in 1996 when a medical doctor, later to become chairman of an independent investigative group, was given the autopsy reports on Simpson's wife, Nicole, and her friend, Ron Goldman.  The doctor could clearly see that the knife wounds as described by the prosecution's theory of OJ Simpson the sole perpetrator did not line up correctly with either a single right hand assailant as the prosecutor wanted people to believe in the case of OJ Simpson.  The autopsy report clearly reduced the odds of a right handed attack on Nicole and increased the probability that she was attacked and killed by a left handed assailant.  The second report clearly cast doubt on Ron solely being attacked by one right hand assailant with a single edge knife.  The medical examiner, Dr. Irwin Golden, had noted that 23 wounds to Goldman's right side neck and face carried the imprint of a double edged knife or dagger.   However, all of the two dozen wounds to the facial area were superficial but a wound clearly identified as a single edge knife wound penetrated his right side and went through his rib cage while puncturing the bottom of his aorta causing massive internal bleeding resulting in his ultimate death.

As compelling as the lies exposed in the case of the knife wounds there was even one far more insidious and crucial lie being told that ultimately would be more compelling and damaging than the contradictory medical evidence.

A Bigger Lie Told!

The doctor who made the initial discoveries of medical malfeasance became the chairman of an equally bunch of curious researchers that would be organized into a tight knit investigative organization called OMIG, which is the shortened abbreviation for the Ocean Medical Investigative Group of Los Angeles, California.  In the spring of 1998, the chairperson, Dr. Henry S. Johnson, a board certified internist, contacted his brother in Minneapolis and raised the issue of the Brown family's time travel by car between Brentwood, Los Angeles County and Dana Point, Orange County.  Dr. Johnson had noted that a stipulation entered by prosecutor Marcia Clark and defense attorney Robert Shapiro and later reaffirmed by Simpson attorney, Johnnie Cochran, locked the Brown family into an impossible travel time of approximately 45 minutes.  All parties pretty much agreed that the proper travel time between the two destinations was between an hour and a half to two hours.  The latter time period seemed to be more accurate considering the ongoing construction taking place in 1994 to increase the number of car lanes from four to five to include the HOV (high occupancy vehicle) lane.  Before Dr. Johnson could go public with his concerns regarding this irregularity his staff asked that he confirm the time by reviewing the telephone records in the Simpson case file.  Dr. Johnson's brother who was one of the group who insisted upon this protocol was assigned the task of coming to L.A. and going to the Los Angeles County Superior Court to examine these records.  What he ultimately found is that the Brown telephone records entered by stipulation (agreement of attorneys) had been removed with the application for a secretive (ex parte) court order by one of the prosecutors in the Simpson trial.  Actually the court order was granted by Judge John H. Reid to the first lead prosecutor in the Simpson case, William Hodgeman, who at the time was still designated as a deputy district attorney, but that would be not for long.  Hodgeman who refused to sign a prepared receipt manifest acknowledging his possession of all of the exhibits entered in the Simpson trial would later be promoted to being one of the very limited Assistant District Attorneys for Los Angeles County.  The OMIG investigators now began to public criticize the removal of the Simpson exhibits and especially the "Juditha Brown Phone Records" and demand their replacement.

The controversy surrounding the removal of the telephone records would begin to cause a major stir in the general marketplace in L.A. and cause L.A. officials to attempt to engage in control of the public outrage to keep it from spreading back over the Rockie Mountains towards the Eastern and Mid-Western states.  However, the more the officials' efforts intensified the more that other vital information leaked out, including Johnnie Cochran's admission of his own knowledge and involvement in concealing these crucial phone records, as seen below.

PURSUIT OF EXHIBIT 35 In the OJ Simpson Murder Trial and its Hidden Secrets

Orenthal commented on the article Marcia Clark to Appear at Friends of the Franklin Lakes Library Luncheon
"Juditha never talked to her daughter after 9:40 because she was killed less than an hour later. There was no 11pm phone call and Johnny had no reason to cover for the stipulation. To think he would lambaste the police at every corner and then concede something like this is just juvenile unless you are trying to sell something for profit of course. Brotherap,OMIG and the Johnson brothers are scarring Johnny Cochran for profit. They are defaming the victims for financial gain and excusing Orenthal for killing the mother of his children as well. It is all sad and if this site considers this they should delete their advertisements and condemn them on here as well. Phone records that were in court and later released show only a 9:40 phone call, period. Move this group of money hungry morons off of the site please!"

PURSUIT OF EXHIBIT 35 In the OJ Simpson Murder Trial and its Hidden Secrets

As far as amazon is concerned, you struggle to read anyway so what difference does it make when or where someone has reviewed it. Besides, since you haven't written anything with that "RUN DICK RUN, SEE JANE RUN" style of yours that I've seen anywhere, your ignorance is understandable that amazon partners with dozens, if not hundreds of various sales vendors worldwide who sell their books.

Lol! Yeah not a single buyer on amazon has posted anything on this book and they have already cut the price of it, but I am sure the sales are in the millions. I would say perhaps ten people on the planet are dumb enough to buy this trash. If you charge them about a hundread grand a piece you should be good. By the way are you talking to the management on this site to get us banned too?
Here, mitch, so that I can save the world one of your feeble minded responses here are a few words from one book review critiquing the book: “Pursuit of Exhibit 35 in the OJ Simpson Murder Trial and its Hidden Secrets”.
...It’s a lengthy but fascinating book with a surprising theory as to why Cochran may have went along with the cover up of these records. Many people including the deceased Cochran, Fred Goldman, Lou and Juditha Brown have a lot explaining to do. A must read......

PURSUIT OF EXHIBIT 35 In the OJ Simpson Murder Trial and its Hidden Secrets

Pursuit of Exhibit 35 in the OJ Simpson Murder Trial and its Hidden Secrets published by amazon.com's/ book division may be the most hard hitting expose yet delivered on the OJ Simpson murder trial of 1995.  The documents alone in this 530+ page offering leaves most mouths aghast.  It is a non-fictional account of the author, T.H. Johnson and the other members of the OMIG investigating team's effort to uncover concealed evidence kept from the jury in the Simpson trial and from the public in the court of public opinion.  Exhibit 35 turns out to be exculpatory evidence, the Juditha Brown Phone Records, that could have saved Simpson the ordeal of going through a trial whose residual impact has all but destroyed his life as he gets fat in a Nevada prison for inflated charges of kidnapping and armed robbery.  The phone records if they could be produced should have Simpson entering the back seat of a chauffeur driven limo to LAX while his wife Nicole was engaged in a phone conversation initiated by her mother, Juditha Brown, at 11PM and not the 9:37 PM entered in what the author describes as a phony stipulation by agreement in an unholy alliance of Marcia Clark, Robert Shapiro, Johnnie Cochran, Bill Hodgeman and Gil Garcetti.  The investigators acquisition of the CALTrans freeway data indicates traffic congestion approaching gridlock for Sunday night on June 12, 1994.  It appears that Clark's recent offering of Guilt by Association is, in a strange way, an appropriate title.
