It is all sad and if this site considers this they should delete their advertisements and condemn them on here as well. Phone records that were in court and later released show only a 9:40 phone call, period. Move this group of money hungry morons off of the site please!"

ReplyDeleteMitch, the problem is that all times that were on the trial record as testimony for departure from Brentwood's Mezzaluna Restaurant, 9:00, 8:45 and 8:30 PM would not have gotten the Browns to Dana Point in time to make a 9:37 PM phone call, on 06/12/94 due to highway congestion due to construction. Even the detectives said that it was a 90 minute drive at least, & so did NBC newsmen, Commenting network legal experts, as well as Mapquest and AAA. So again in 1994 it was more than likely that the actual time was closer to the original 11PM that both the mother and father of Nicole initially said. Again, we can settle this dispute if you and Marcia Clark were brave enough to call for a production of these records from the GTE Archive data bank.
